Community Engagement at the Mesulam Center
The Mesulam Center for Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease is committed to advancing brain health equity by partnering with traditionally understudied communities. Through education, outreach, and collaboration, we work to raise dementia awareness, promote early detection, and support individuals and families affected by neurodegenerative diseases. By fostering meaningful, long-term partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and research institutions, we aim to bridge gaps in knowledge, access, and care—ensuring that all communities have the resources they need to navigate brain health with confidence and dignity.
