Support Group for Caregivers of People with Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) and Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA)
Support Group Description
This monthly support group is for caregivers of people living with Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) and Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA). Members of this support group benefit by sharing experiences and learning from others who truly understand what they are going through. This group is open and ongoing and welcomes new caregivers to join.

This group meets at the Northwestern Campus in Chicago, IL on the third Monday of each month. A new member screening is required to participate. Details of specific meeting location are made available after a new member screening is complete. Please contact Joshua Kaplan-Lyman, AM, LCSW, at 312-503-5209 to set up a screening meeting.
There is no fee to participate in this support group. Group participants can receive discounted parking if using the Northwestern Hospital parking garage (250 E. Huron Ave.)
