Alzheimer's Association - Greater Illinois Chapter

Information and education about Alzheimer's disease can be obtained by contacting the Greater Illinois Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. The association also can refer patients and families to specific resources in their communities for many services including dementia evaluation and follow-up medical care, adult day healthcare, respite and nursing home services, financial assistance programs and support groups.
